What Does The Process Look Like?
Step 1: Let's Get To Know Each Other
We schedule a time to discuss the scope, budget, and timeline of your project. Based on this meeting, we create a tailored proposal for the design work.
Step 2: Design Details & Renderings
With a signed Design Agreement, our in-house architect and design team digs into the details. We evaluate your existing space and conditions, gather vital information, and begin crafting concept drawings and vivid renderings. You can actually see your future home before breaking ground.
Step 3: Designs Move to Engineering
Once you approve the concept drawings, our engineers review the layouts and provide expert recommendations on the structural elements to ensure lasting safety and quality.
Step 4: Permitting & Next Steps
The engineer will work up a full permit-ready set of plans designed to be approved by the appropriate, local municipality.
If you are building with us: We gather final quotes and move directly into permitting and construction.
If you are using our design-only service: We hand over the finalized, permit-ready plans and renderings for you to take to your chosen builder.

A longtime resident of Clearwater, FL, Shaun has deep roots in the community and a strong understanding of Florida’s unique construction challenges. His expertise spans residential and commercial projects, ensuring that every build meets the highest standards. Outside of work, Shaun still enjoys his own family's home improvement projects. He resides in Florida with his wife, Whitney, and their three children.
